The Falls at Rivers Edge

The Falls is a residential community consisting of 54 single-family homes. It is located along the beautiful Connecticut River in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. We are close to Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Health—the only academic medical center in the state—and other area health centers. For cultural events, we are close to the Barrette Center for the Arts/Northern Stage, Opera North, Ava Gallery, the Lebanon Opera House and Hopkins Center for the Arts. There is easy access to both Interstates 89 and 91.
